Neil joined Utahns Against Hunger in February of 2019. In his capacity as Child Nutrition Advocate, Neil is focused on improving access to school breakfast among Utah students. Before moving to Utah, Neil worked on adult education and workforce development issues in Washington, DC. Neil has a Master’s degree in Food Studies from Chatham University, and maintains a keen interest in the many intersections between food and other parts of life.
